A Danish nurse, born 1938, L.H. had removed uterus, ovaries, ovarian tubes, omentum and the appendix at the end of May 1995 because of a stage 3 ovarian cancer originating from the right ovary (serous cyst-adenocarcinoma).

A Danish woman born 1954 is diagnosed with ovarian cancer in August 2007. She has a CA-125 of 6000 and a 10 x 15 cm big tumor in the right ovarium, She is operated on the 18th September with removal of uterus, ovaries, the fallopian tubes and omentum. Histology showed serous adenocarcinoma, stage 1C.

A Danish woman born in 1943 was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in February 2006 with a CA-125 at 13.351 !! Normal range < 35. The patient was operated on the 13th March 2006 with hysterectomy and removal of ovaries...
